Beyond Today has been working on this issue for 3 years.  more information needs to be added here.

[edit] Current Project Outline:

In summer of 2007, Beyond Today interns will go door to door for the Omm Project.

• They will distribute information about elimination of standing water
• They will distribute mosquito repellant when possible funding needed for this. (note April on Pensacola will purchase 8 bottles for their block party in August)
• They will distribute information about how to protect yourself from West Nile and why it's important to work to prevent the spray.
• They will offer to check for standing water.

Beyond Today will maintain a website with information on West Nile, the pesticide spray Anvil, and the benefits of organic choices.
