Beyond Today

Beyond Today] is an environmental, social justice, and peace organization. Beyond Today is an expression of the hopes and goals of a community of neighbors living near the Chicago River.

This website (wiki) is a place for our community to share ideas, information, and to communicate.

It's kind of an electronic bulletin board.

But remember, the electronic world ideally should become a smaller and smaller part of our communication as we become friends, neighbors, and a more intricately woven community.

Eventually, we won't need a wiki page about anything. Eventually, we'll all be teaching each other this stuff in the schools and it will be the subplot in the plays we perform on the community stage by the river.

We're working to bring these ideas into reality.

So, let's put these ideas into reality and get off the computer!
