Saturday, August 11: Beyond Today to protest BP at local gas station

We made a great video of the BP protest! Here's the link to the video.


Volunteers needed to hand out flyers at the local BP gas station at Irving Park and Western on Saturday from 12-1PM


Beyond Today participated in the day of action organized by Environment Illinois in opposition to BP's plans to increase the amount of pollution they dump in the lake, our drinking water source.

We made a strong statement about this neighborhood's opposition to polluting for greed.

Environment Illinois is inviting Chicagoans to either come downtown to flyer or to go to their neighborhood BP station. This event is in support of that effort.
